2013 Highlights

We rounded off 2013 with videos for Platt & Reilly covering the safetime scaffold inspection device and their faster and cleaner method of spray plastering in use on sites in London.

During December we also filmed customer interviews for Lex Autolease and a number of roleplay scenarios for use nationally in staff training in motorcycle dealerships.

November's projects included several with Milestone including a video press release for the new askMID mobile service and a promo video for SWA's earthing nut.

We also made a health & safety introduction for an automotive technical academy in Milton Keynes, shot footage in Nottingham, Derby and Birmingham for a construction contract pitch and filmed Fleetdrive's Tesla Model S test drive event in Marlow.

In October we filmed the first of a series of case study videos for a client explaining what they do for their major customers.

We worked with Milestone on several more webinars and After Effects animations to illustrate the various applications for Vitrographic's Lumisty privacy film. We also captured Fleetdrive's Customer Insight Day at Donington Park.

This month we filmed two further Nissan Leaf test drive events for the My Electric Avenue project in Kinross, Scotland and Chineham near Basingstoke.

We also worked on animations and edited a video for use in a pitch presentation by a healthcare provider to a major prospect, as well as shooting an internal comms video to anounce a client's new CEO to staff.

In August we worked with Wates, British Gypsum and Platt & Reilly on a video demonstrating how the Mountit system eliminates manual handling of plasterboard on site.

Other projects included editing webinars for Inchcape in partnership with Milestone and a motion graphics animation to be used at the start of each video. We also shot and edited a training video for telephone support volunteers for arthritis charity NRAS.

During July we filmed 2 test drive events for the My Electric Avenue project, one in London and the other in Newcastle.

We also made an F1-themed video to be shown at a company conference, which was shot against the green screen.

Other projects included filming an event at the County Hall Museum in Abingdon for future promo use.

In June we went over to Belgium to make a promotional video for a mobile carbonaceous fire training unit, the first of its kind in the world. To get the great shots inside the unit we used a specialist heatproof firefighter's helmet camera from the United States.

We also re-edited some customer testimonials and created a video loop for exhibition use, as well as duplicating pensions DVDs for distribution to staff.

In addition to filming a charity karting event and a to-camera internal comms video to launch a client's employee survey we made promo videos for 7 local young entrepreneurs in May. We also saw some fantastic live music this month!

We worked with our friends Seesaw Online to shoot a Jesus Jones live DVD and filmed a guitar lesson with Chris Catalyst of Eureka Machines ahead of their London gig.

April's projects included a 3D animation for Fleet Operations for use at the Fleet World Fleet Show at Silverstone and on their website.

We also filmed two to-camera internal communications videos at a client's central London head office, re-edited a previous video for event use and filmed the local Spring Cycle Festival.

In March we again filmed the excellent Good Living event held the Meile Experience Centre, which this year featured a demonstration by chef Michael Riemenschneider.

We also filmed a to-camera internal comms video, interviews with the 7 finalists in Abingdon's first Young Entrepreneur Awards and the Dragon's Den-style judging of the final 3 candidates, as well as the judging of a Young Chef competition.

February's projects included 3 green screen videos for Lex Autolease to be shown at their leadership conference. More good fun but with a business message!

We also visited HMP Rochester to film prisoners on the Changing Paths stonemasonry apprenticeship and the London launch of Agilesphere's new project management training courses.

In January we completed the "In A Word" themed video to be shown at Wates' annual company conference and filmed the London event so that colleagues who were unable to attend could also view it.

We also shot a pilot motivational seminar in Newbury and a local tourism workshop.
